Description and Requirements

你将加入联想亚太人力资源服务中心团队，一个温馨欢乐成就感爆棚的团队，主要负责为联想亚太14个国家和地区共10000多名员工/经理/人力资源合作伙伴提供人力资源所有模块以及系统的咨询服务。

职位描述：

· 主要负责亚太地区员工包括人力资源系统指引，薪酬福利，组织架构，人力资源流程等等所有和人力资源相关的问题；

· 如果你的日常绩效稳定优秀，还将有机会参与到跨国项目中，也可能作为讲师为亚太员工提供全英文或者日文的入职培训；

· 你会参与到跨团队合作的工作中，与各国当地人事服务专员，薪酬福利团队，信息和技术化等专业团队一起为流程优化和客户体验奋斗；

· 联想提供没有天花板的舞台，你将有机会在国际化公司平台和人力资源领域获得飞速成长和专业指导；

· 人力资源共享服务中心全面的知识库会为你在人力资源道路上的长远发展奠定夯实的基础。


职位要求：

· 日语N1或者专八；

· 在日语N1/专八之上，英语六级及以上优先；

· 有意愿在HR领域长期发展；

· 有过人力资源相关实习经验（人力资源共享服务中心相关实习经历最佳），或有跨国公司工作经验者优先；

· 具有良好的工作态度以及团队协作意识，服务意识；

· 具有良好的应变及沟通能力、独立解决问题、同时解决多项任务的能力；

· 熟练掌握MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)等办公软件。
