Description and Requirements

You will be leading and collaborating with regional and functional teams to drive training across Asia Pacific Services organization:
•Delivers schedule weekly / monthly training for AP region (CEC/FS)
•Work on content for enhancement & translation
•Update KB & LEAP
•Soft skill vendor TTT drive and content refresh
•Assessment process and dashboard
•Region feedback and close looping
Specifically, this may include but not limited to:
•Analyzing Voice of Customer (VOC) to identify and prioritize opportunities for further improvement related to soft skill
•Promote e-classroom training, focus on communications and engagement
•Work with HQ training team to share feedback on tips and LEAP modules

•Show YoY 10% improvement in coverage, reducing repeat and OSAT
•100 + hours of coaching plan & execution for region participants
•20% improvement in assessment score

Key Functional Skills:
•Training delivery skills – face to face, online e-classroom and online demo (products / features)
•Identify and assess training requirements by evaluating the weaknesses and strengths
•Translate needs into training that help groom the employees for the next levels of their career path
•Good communication skills (English, Chinese, others) 
•Collaboration skills in working effectively in matrix organization
•Look out for market / other geo best practices in adoption program

Education/ Qualification:
•Bachelor’s Degree in relevant disciplines
•Comfortable with digging deep into details
•Proactive self-starter and strong team collaborator
•High energy team player and quick learner  
•Savvy with office productivity tools, such as Powerpoint, Excel and Word
•Experience working in a multi-national company strongly preferred
•Training experience for both f2f & online
•Capability to present intricate information to a variety of audiences

Work Experience:
•8+ years of working experience at a large, preferably tech-related company 
•Strong portfolio demonstrating proven experience with training achievements and proof points 
•Previous IT/Technical Services experience
•Content creation & development experience
