Description and Requirements

For AR. Forecasting rationalization and analysis reports Supervise and support the team of cash  collectors. Conduct follow-up calls as necessary. Ensure team executes daily/weekly/monthly collection activities to drive towards attaining AR targets. Set collection targets for team/individuals. Provide guidance to address issues (tactical & strategic direction) Investigate and resolve customer issues Perform account reviews with collectors, upper management, sales & OCA as required. Contact customers as required Pull monthly reporting & analyze, validate & communicate rates. Provide Ad hoc support for all requests and reporting as required. Support audits and requests. Manage relationships/communications with internal & external Customers. Disputes /Deductions. Perform Root Cause Analysis Skill Requirements Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills Goal-orientated Experience Requirements Minimum experience - 3-4 year experience in related customer support areas or equivalent. Preferred experience - Experience with Accounts Receivable Individual with strong time and task management. Strategic thinking about improving processes. Communicate effectively in writing as well as verbally. Education Requirements Minimum education - University Degree Language Requirements : Fluent oral and written English
