Description and Requirements

- Create manual purchase order in lenovo.com platform for each sale in the marketplace
- Link orders to payments and request credit unblock
- Download courier label and tied all (internal purchase order/ marketplace sale/ courier tracking label) and send detailed info to Logistics on time to avoid delays
- Manage customers´ claims in the marketplace platform. Keep track of all in consolidated report.

Position Requirements
- Associates degree on marketing, e-business or related
- Passion to drive a fast paced, end to end business
- 2 years working on similar roles, operations management or related areas.
- Good written and fluent spoken English.
- Self –motivated and able to work independently with little supervision. Know how to handle urgent-important matters
