The job incumbent will help manage the day-to-day eComm business across Asean. Responsible for coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely product launches, stock arrival and ensure the website delights and creates excellent customer service. Be in tune with the business metrics and always ready to resolve operational issues and drive new process improvements across the region.

Scope of Business / Function – Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Business Management
    • Responsible for coordinating New Product launches - new products are added to the website in a timely manner, check stock arrival and time to market.
    • Keeps tab on the competitive benchmarking and market dynamic changes to respond quickly on price strategy on website.
    • Understand consumer behavior and come up with product offers that will influence purchase.
    • Prepares price and promotion plans, drive implementation across markets.
    • Ad hoc deep-dive on analytics, as and when needed.
    • Assist in any form of liaison with Key Business Partners including Banks and Universities, help with any form of coordination within the Team.
  • Business Metrics & Reporting
    • Tracks all business metrics and be able to spot gaps and issues, resolve and drive process improvements, if needed.
    • Works closely with Fulfillment team to optimize shipped revenue achievement.
  • Experience
    • 3 - 5 years of experience in growing an eComm business.
    • A strong understanding of eComm metrics, what they are and implications, able to make sense of these numbers and drive impactful actions.
    • Superior analytical skills and experience in applying data & insights to make decisions.
    • Strong skills on multiple stakeholder management
    • Strong problem solving and project management skills
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
    • Detailed, passionate, energetic and a very determined personality.
    • Good with excel, intermediate level.
