As the Healthcare Account Executive – TOLA Region for Lenovo, you will be responsible for driving revenue, profit and customer satisfaction across a territory of assigned large health systems. You will also be responsible for evangelizing and selling the differentiators of the Lenovo Healthcare value proposition. You will champion the innovative power of our products and services to make large healthcare organizations more productive, collaborative and transformative.  You will develop strategies to grow share of wallet within assigned territory.  This is a client facing sales role requiring industry experience, with expertise in building C level relationships and solution selling.


 

Your tasks:

  • Manage a Retention and Development territory of approximately 50 named Healthcare provider accounts 
  • Achieve revenue and profitability objectives 
  • Expand Line of Business penetration across Lenovo portfolio
  • Develop the sales strategy within territory to drive revenue and profit growth
  • Develop high level relationships (C-level) serving as a trusted consultant to customers 
  • Understand and adapt to Lenovo’s evolving device, software, services and solution portfolio  
  • Serve as a healthcare subject matter expert creating differentiation and value for customers

Basic Requirements:

  • 5+ years of successful Enterprise technology sales is required
  • 5+ years of experience selling technology into the Healthcare or related vertical
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience.  
  • Travel to any or all customer sites when appropriate
  • Proven sales track record against metrics combined with consultative approach
Preferred Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate vertical messaging and products’ advantages that deliver unique value in the healthcare market 
  • Ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements simultaneously
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners 
  • The ability to lead a cross-matrix team of solution specialists with a unified strategy.
