Description and Requirements

For our Corporate Reseller sales team, we are looking for an Inside Account Manager Corporate Reseller - Germany West (m/f/d) based in the West region as soon as possible to expand the structures and sales activities of our growth partners.
In this function, you will be independently responsible for the expansion of business with existing business partners end-to-end in an assigned partner setup through the implementation of corresponding growth plans. Your tasks:
 • Above-average expansion of business with the existing business partner setup 
 • Contact person for all levels of your own business partner setup 
 • Identification and qualification of new customer projects 
 • Presentation and training of the Lenovo product portfolio and Lenovo tools and processes
 • Implementation and management of development plans, incentive programs and co-marketing plans at partners 
 • Control, networking and expansion of the business partner with end customer sales by creating and continuing business plans 
 • Quarterly and activity planning with the partners to optimize the achievement of goals 
 • Processing of daily customer requirements in the office and field as well as with international Lenovo functions 

To be successful in this role you rely on the following skills and experiences: 
 • Strong sales personality with long-term planning and assertiveness 
 • Study of information technology/business administration or a similar education
 • Professional and negotiating experience in sales 
• In-depth sales and product knowledge of the IT channel 
 • Success-oriented work/behavior 
 • High flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing market situations 
 • Customer-oriented, independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
 • Negotiation skills and motivation skills 
 • Structured and analytical work combined with high communication skills and pronounced entrepreneurial thinking
 • Ability to work in a team and above-average commitment 
 • Willingness to travel 
 • Very good MS-Office knowledge 
• Fluent English skills
