We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, high potential Education Account Manager helping us reaching our ambitious goals and becoming the driving force behind customer and partner success in Switzerland.


Strategy and ambition

Lenovo’s ambition is to be #1 in the B2B segment in Switzerland, in line with the company’s worldwide goals and market position. Supporting these goals is a key element in the assignment for the Education Account Manager as you will be responsible for execution of our grow strategy.


Your responsibilities in the role are the following : 

  • Collaborating with customers/business partners/inside sales
  • Growing Lenovo’s Education customer base via a clear Lenovo company positioning and Account Business Planning
  • Development and execution of new business and customer acquisition plans
  • Identification, qualification, and closure of sales opportunities
  • Collaboration with the Swiss Channel organization to gain support
  • Establish a professional and trustworthy relationship with the end-customers and business partners
  • Status reporting, forecasting and business planning vs. target
  • Creating plans to grow Lenovo’s Education business


Requirements

You are an experienced high potential with a 5+ years successful Public Sector record. You are an expert in customer contact and have solid analytical and planning skills. Based on your interpersonal profile you know how to negotiate while maximizing customer satisfaction and delivering beyond customer expectations. You are a team player with can do attitude.


Required experience :

  • University/Higher Education (BA) Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
  • Proven, successful B2B commercial experience (5+ years)
  • A large Public Sector network from your experiences in the past
  • Experience in Technology sector
