Description and Requirements

岗位职责:

1.指定客户的服务交付管理

1)作为指定客户(Top Account)的联想服务统一接口人,协调内外部资源,管理整体的服务交付,确保交付质量

2.客户满意度管理

1)管理指定客户的满意度和期望值

2)维护客户关系,保证服务交付过程中保持友好及合作的状态

3.协同销售

1)客户信息收集、分析

2)发现、引导和拓展业务机会(包括硬件和服务)

3)针对特定客户提升特定服务交付指标,形成竞争优势

职位要求:

1.五年以上企业客户服务经验,精通企业级IT基础架构及相关知识,了解行业规律及业界最佳实践,能够吸收及归纳成为职责履行所要求的达成任务或解决问题的方法论以及操作能力

2.精通IT服务管理,对企业级IT服务运作规律的有深层次的理解

3.沟通能力强,能向客户有效呈现服务价值

4.对客户业务的有很深理解能力,很强的商机敏感度和服务销售能力

5.资源协调能力,能有效及进行内部沟通,并推动相关部门解决问题能力

6.IT相关专业本科以上学历,很好的新技术学习能力
