Description and Requirements

The role includes working within the high performance, fast paced service team in North America and China focusing on repair quality, technical support, and repair process. The individual will focus on continuous improvement activities using data analysis to drive process changes and actions at corresponding service centers located in US, China, and Canada.

Responsibilities:
1.Lead service centers repair process and engineering activities
2.Create repair quality plans driven by data analysis
3.Monitor and assess repair quality and OSAT KPIs on weekly basis
4.Execute action plans and continuous improvement initiatives
5.Manage product quality and technical escalations
6.Drive new product introduction and readiness
7.Support cost-reduction initiatives
8.Enable board and other parts recovery activities
9.Address testing tools escalations

Basic Qualification:
1.B.S. in Engineering (Electrical Preferred / Industrial / Mechanical)
2.Data Analysis Skills
3.Proficient in Excel
4.Project Management Experience
5.Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:
1.5+ Years of experience in either manufacturing, repair, or the development of consumer electronics
2.Process quality methods and quality methodologies
3.Process management experience
4.Innovative problem-solving experience
5. IPC certification or board repair experience
6.Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
