Description and Requirements

岗位职责

  1. 负责联想车计算自动驾驶新平台系统架构方案设计、技术攻关和平台交付（硬件和底软方向）；
  2. 负责自动驾驶域控制器关键架构方案设计，包括OTA、时间同步、电源架构、通信架构、诊断架构等方案设计和落地，并且主导技术问题推动和解决；
  3. 负责客户端疑难问题定位和解决，领导开发、测试团队针对具体问题进行问题数据分析、问题修复方案制定、测试方案制定和最终问题分析报告编写，闭环客户端技术问题；
  4. 负责自动驾驶产品线需求审查、代码审查、原理图审查，确保技术设计文档的正确性和一致性；
  5. 负责自动驾驶域控制器新技术方案预研，分析和评估新方案和新技术，推动新技术和新方案落地，构建联想自动驾驶域控制器技术先进性和技术保护策略；
  6. 需要偶尔出差解决客户、产线等现场问题；
 

岗位要求

  1. 硕士及以上学历；
  2. 8年及以上自动驾驶或驾驶辅助硬件和底软产品研发（系统、硬件或软件开发），并有完整的ADAS产品Tier1/Tier2 交付经验；
  3. 沟通能力和协调能力强，能带领团队攻关关键技术问题。
  4. 熟悉汽车质量、功能安全、网络安全、ASPICE等体系；
  5. 熟悉GB/ISO/IEEE/UNECE等各标准体系下的自动驾驶功能、汽车电子、车载软件、测试验证等法规标准；
  6. 具备良好的英语口语、书面表达能力，能无障碍对接国际客户、合作伙伴。
