Description and Requirements

岗位职责/Job Responsibilities:

主导手机新产品开发全流程的跨部门协同工作，统筹联想研发、新产品导入（NPI）、质量管控、ODM 研发等多团队协作，对齐各环节目标与节奏。

负责新项目从研发阶段到市场上市的端到端项目管理，全面把控项目进度、成本、质量及变更管理，保障项目按计划高质量交付。

统筹项目试产、实验室测试及产品认证的方案规划与筹备落地，跟进技术瓶颈与风险问题，推动问题闭环解决。

组织项目各阶段评审会议与跨部门沟通会议，拉通各相关方资源，协调推动项目风险、争议与阻塞问题的高效解决。

岗位要求/Job Requirements:

5 年及以上工作经验，具备手机硬件设计领域项目经验、主导过 5 款及以上产品研发项目者优先。

熟练掌握项目管理方法论与工具，可独立制定完整项目计划，有效管控项目风险，推动项目按时保质交付；持有 PMP 认证者优先。

具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力与问题推进能力，责任心强，工作积极主动，能承受快节奏的项目交付压力。

具备优秀的中英文听说读写能力，可将中英双语作为工作语言，支持跨地域团队协作。
