Description and Requirements
The Affiliate Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and managing marketing campaigns and operational projects that support our Affiliate Marketing & Sales team in achieving defined business objectives for Latin America eCommerce countries. This includes meeting quarterly revenue, conversion, and profitability goals. This position requires the ability to manage multiple, detailed tasks with urgency and accuracy.
Job responsibilities include:
• Ensuring seamless integration of the Affiliate channel into Lenovo’s overall marketing strategies: Product messaging, product offers, testing, reporting and data optimization customization within Impact Radius.
• Managing weekly offers ad copy for promo feeds in Impact Radius
• Onboarding new affiliate partners in Impact Radius platform and aid them in getting started
• Review, analyze, approve and decline new publishers within the Impact Radius software interface
• Execute fulfillment of paid media placement requirements for publishers which includes creative, ad copy, or landing pages
• Track issues related to affiliate tracking pixels and manage them to a solution by working with outside teams
• Project manage requirements and functionality change requests for Affiliate platform (Impact Radius)
• Oversee and manage operational work being done by yourself and the team
• Optimize all Lenovo publisher store pages to align with Lenovo strategic initiatives. QA stores with a consumer-centric eye
• Executing commission change requests or insertion order updates in Impact Radius
• Regularly audit and report on marketing campaign data
• Work with affiliate account manager(s) to develop and execute on new marketing opportunities to drive growth from affiliate accounts
• Facilitate financial requests for media/commission payments via Impact Radius Platform
• Manage monthly calendar for operations projects and marketing campaigns
• Work with design, development and brand teams to develop series of creatives to support Lenovo.com products and ensure Lenovo’s brand and messaging consistency within the affiliate channel
• Monitor and report on competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions
• Marketing experience - Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience within the technology industry preferred - 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing preferred - Experience identifying, recruiting, and managing partners - Experience with recruiting tools (MediaRails, Similar Web, Activate) desirable.
• Ecommerce experience - Previous eCommerce experience preferred. - Experience with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact Radius, Commission Junction, etc. would be a huge benefit
• Communication - Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across the organization - Possess a positive attitude and ability to work in a collaborative and energetic team environment. - Ability to drive adherence to deadlines with many different teams. • Problem Solving/Analytical Thinking - Experience with Microsoft Excel is required. - Experience with Adobe Analytics is preferred.
