Description and Requirements

We are looking for a Project and Process Analyst to support and lead strategic Services projects, working at the interface between business areas, global teams, and external partners.

This professional will be responsible for structuring, documenting, governing, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, and driving end-to-end projects and processes — ensuring efficient transitions to operations, with a strong focus on results, quality, and customer experience.

The role also involves supporting administrative and operational activities within the BT/IT area.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Define and support — together with requesters — the scope, work plan, and schedule of projects within the Services area.

Plan, monitor, and control action plans defined within projects.

Support the Project Coordinator in the execution and control of highly complex projects; lead lower-complexity projects independently when applicable.

Coordinate project priorities across multiple workstreams, ensuring continuous progress and on-time delivery.

Monitor scope, schedule, budget, risks, and changes — proposing corrective actions when necessary.

Produce and present status reports, KPIs, and executive materials for stakeholders.

Prepare executive presentations and consolidate information using Excel and PowerPoint.

Process Management

Perform process mapping, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Write, review, communicate, and train users and requesters on defined processes.

Analyze, document, and implement projects and processes using recognized methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).

Lead and support process audits and ISO/R2v3 certification audits together with focal points.

Keep processes updated in accordance with their expiration dates.

Develop and deliver training to disseminate process and project methodologies (Six Sigma, BPMN, among others).

Organize, consolidate, and synthesize project and process information — ensuring clarity and standardization.

Services & Systems

Act as the local focal point for Services readiness during the launch of new products or services.

Collect information from customers, analyze and assess impacts, and develop business cases for projects and initiatives.

Open and track global tickets for system usage or escalation of BT/IT-related issues.

Support the Services area with system parameterization and updates, acting as a global interface between users and project leaders.

Lead and coordinate system testing execution during implementation phases.

Analyze area KPIs and propose action plans to ensure target achievement.

Evaluate the feasibility of new products and services, propose process improvements, and identify training needs.

Lead and coordinate analyses with stakeholders for public bids — including scope identification, risk assessment, communication, and Services readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3 + years of experience in process and/or project management roles
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Advanced knowledge of BPMN methodology
  • Intermediate knowledge of project management skills & methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)
  • Basic SAP knowledge
  • Desirable: Postgraduate degree in Project Management
  • Desirable: Power BI, Power Automate, and/or Python (basic level)
  • Desirable: Knowledge of ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001) and R2v3
