Description and Requirements

- This role is responsible to maintain and support both legacy and new deliverables
- Point of contact for LA for both D365 and Business Development support requests;
- Service request fulfillment such as user registration, access and resource management;
- Deep and continuous technical knowledge on Lenovo Business tools;
- Be familiar with multidisciplinary technology project portfolio;
- Carry regular team meetings to follow up the incident management governance steps;
- Understand and assess incidents root cause and raise improvement opportunities;
- Execute technical activities for Automation, Reporting, Data Visualization and Digital transformation;
- ITIL and ITSM knowledge is strongly desirable;
- SQL, ETL (Pentaho and SSIS), Windows batch, task scheduler knowledge, process flows knowledge is strongly desired;
- Web development at a basic/intermediate level;
- Portuguese and English is mandatory, Spanish is a strong differential.
