Description and Requirements

Lenovo is looking for an analytical and detail-oriented person, to joining our e-Commerce team and help managing product portfolio in and Marketplaces. The ideal candidate has a good background on sales planning, portfolio management, and experience on eCommerce sales. 

Key responsibilities includes portfolio management in different routes/segments, product launches & transitions, short term and long term sales planning, always identifying opportunities within the available portfolio and the promo calendar. This person will be responsible E2E for managing the product categories of Accessories, Displays, Services and Configurable products (CTO). This individual contributor will be expected to act quickly, independently, and with flawless attention to detail to ensure the best offering, assortment and pricing on Lenovo's eCommerce. 

Main Responsibilities: 

- Act on planning and execution of Lenovo's portfolio, including notebooks, desktops, displays,  accessories and services, on and Marketplace official stores;
- Recommend product focus for each route, pricing and promotional calendar, keeping control of the inventory of each product line;
- Responsible for managing E2E the product offering of accessories, displays and services, as well as configurable products (CTO - Configure to Order) being accountable for the revenue and margin results of these categories;
- Track the daily performance of the website, monitoring visits, conversion rate, revenue and margin; 
- Track real time the site controllable and specific reports & KPI’s to drive the effectiveness of tactical actions; 
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders, to ensure the right inventory levels and assortment, interacting with the supply and 4P teams to track and adjust the plan; 
- Analyzes customer needs (using ‘voice of customer’ channels such as Confirmit survey and Telesales feedbacks) to determine the appropriate offer, content and product positioning in online store to optimize conversion and consideration;
- Responsible for maintaining the configurators for each product, managing accessories, services and software positioning, improving order value via cross-sell and upsell. Maintenance of the configurators for configurable products;
- Tactical alignment cross teams (i.e., Product, Sales, Supply, Demand Generation, Marketing);
- Delivers and maintains a superior online customer experience.

Required Skills:

- Interest in eCommerce and Digital Marketing;
- Experience preferably in E-commerce teams, with experience on planning and analysis;
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related degree Web Analytics skills are desired (preferably on Adobe Analytics); 
- Merchandising, content management and digital marketing skills;
- Solid organization, communication and interpersonal skills needed to manage relationships with extended teams (internal and external) to ensure proper support;
- Advanced Knowledge on Excel;
- Power BI is a plus;
- Advanced English is a must;
- Spanish is desired.
