Description and Requirements

Lenovo is looking for an E-commerce User Experience (UX) & Merchandising Specialist to support and optimize the customer experience across Lenovo.com Brazil. This role is responsible for enhancing the online shopping journey through website merchandising, user experience improvements, website analytics, and cross-functional project coordination.

The successful candidate will work closely with global and local teams to improve digital experiences, support business initiatives, and drive data-informed decisions that contribute to website performance and customer satisfaction.


Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate website enhancement initiatives and digital projects in partnership with global and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage the implementation of new website features, ensuring successful execution, testing, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Maintain and optimize website merchandising, including product information, images, navigation, and product positioning.
  • Create and optimize landing pages following Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to improve customer experience and website visibility.
  • Analyze website performance and customer behavior using Adobe Analytics and other reporting tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Demand Generation, and Information Technology (IT) teams to support business initiatives and digital campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the online customer journey, usability, and conversion through data-driven recommendations.
  • Ensure website content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with merchandising standards.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in E-commerce, Digital Commerce, Online Retail, or similar environments.
  • Experience managing website projects and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of website merchandising, customer journey optimization, and content management.
  • Experience with web analytics tools, preferably Adobe Analytics.
  • Advanced English proficiency to collaborate with global teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in both Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) e-commerce environments.
  • Knowledge of HyperText Markup Language (HTML) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
  • Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and landing page optimization.
  • Experience with website merchandising, promotional strategy, and digital content management.
  • Spanish proficiency.
  • Experience working in multinational and matrix organizations.
