Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
1. 深度定制Android Framework核心模块（AMS/WMS/PMS等），支持多窗口、分屏等复杂交互
2. ​​主导系统级性能优化（启动/流畅度/内存），解决ANR/死机等稳定性问题
3. ​​完成ROM对主流硬件平台（高通/MTK等）的适配与驱动整合
4. ​​熟练使用Systrace/Perfetto等工具进行性能监控与瓶颈分析
5. ​​研究Android新版本特性，推动技术预研与迁移落地
6. ​​为上层应用及HAL层提供Framework技术支撑与问题解决

岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上Android Framework开发经验
​​2、精通Java/Kotlin，熟练使用C/C++及JNI开发
​​3、深入掌握Binder/Handler/SurfaceFlinger机制，熟悉至少2个核心模块（WMS/AMS/音频系统）
​​4、熟练运用ADB/GDB/Systrace等工具定位系统级问题
​​5、熟悉AOSP源码编译、调试及定制化开发流程
​​6、具备Linux内核（进程/内存管理）或Android安全机制（SElinux）经验者优先
​​7、有车载系统/智能硬件/系统兼容性测试（CTS/GTS）经验者优先
