Description and Requirements

Lenovo AP OEM is looking for an Inside Sales Manager who will be responsible for generating sales and working with Segment accounts. This individual will manage and lead a team of AP OEM Inside Sales Representatives in selling products, services, and solutions to OEM customers and partners. 

The ideal candidate is a strong sales leader, who thrives in a fast paced environment, has an entrepreneurial spirit and insists on the highest standards in leading and driving customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Leader is hands-on, regularly engaging with both managers and individual contributors during key parts of the sales process to win and retain opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategy and set aggressive goals to grow key opportunity areas where we compete
  •  Attract, hire, develop and retain top inside sales talent
  • Create and implement sales programs and tools that motivate teams to perform at their highest levels
  • Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
  • Drive strategy to increase pipeline opportunities and accuracy
  • Build complex sales strategy to ensure long term and short term goals, objects and quotas are met.
  • Compile and analyze data to find trends in a competitive and quickly scaling industry

Requirements:

Basic Requirements:

  • BA or BS in relevant fields or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of sales experience
  • 3+ years of Sales Management experience

Preferred Requirements:

  • Ability as a natural leader and to hire and scale sales organizations
  • Experience building detailed business plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Experience crafting complex sales proposals
  • Consistent achievement of year over year quota attainment
  • Experience selling to the C-suite
  • Experience in comprehending and delivering ROI/ Business Case
  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of market research, industry trends, sales, and negotiating principles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
