About Our Team

Lenovo's Infrastructure and Operations team is looking for an experienced Atlassian Administrator. Ideal candidates will be a subject matter expert providing application management, support, and operations for our internal organization.

What You'll Do

As the Atlassian Administrator, you will be the primary representative that administers, maintains, and supports Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket) for the ISG Development and Quality organization.

In this role, you will be asked to perform activities such as:

  • Provide recommendations to various lines of business on best practices and standardization in implementing and leveraging processes within the Atlassian Suite
  • Work with teams across the organization to discover, scope, and implement Jira workflows and customization that meet their business needs
  • Research and provide recommendations on Atlassian products, plug-ins, and roadmap features for future enhancements to support business objectives
  • Create complex JIRA workflows including project workflows, security schemes, screen schemes, JIRA vocabulary, and permission and notification schemes
  • Working with Jira filters, reporting, dashboards, workflows, custom fields, and other elements
  • Create and maintain a governance plan for JIRA and Confluence
  • Day to day service management and operations of Atlassian environment, including monitoring, security, vulnerability remediation, performance, data protection and disaster recovery

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with configuration and administration of Atlassian products such as Confluence, JIRA Core, JIRA Software, Confluence, and key 3rd-party add-ons
  • BS level education in computer science, engineering, or similar technical discipline or equivalent level of field / work experience with enterprise Atlassian integration and administration
  • Experience in administering and customizing JIRA projects
  • Working knowledge of Kanban and Scrum methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with development, QA, or other engineering positions highly desired
  • Experience directly integrating Atlassian products with other systems is preferable
