Description and Requirements

岗位职责

  • 主导智能测试系统总体架构设计，构建“感知—决策—执行—评估”闭环能力。
  • 基于 LLM/VLM/AI Agent 实现测试意图理解、任务拆解、工具调用与结果判断。
  • 面向 BIOS/驱动/Windows/电源/显示/无线/稳定性等场景设计智能化测试方案。
  • 建设日志采集、状态监控、脚本执行、知识库/RAG 等标准化能力底座，推动平台化落地。
  • 与测试、开发、BIOS、驱动及项目团队协同，推动方案落地并持续优化系统效果。

岗位要求

  • 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件、人工智能、自动化等相关专业。
  • 精通 Python，具备扎实的软件工程基础和系统设计能力。
  • 有 LLM/VLM/AI Agent 项目经验，熟悉 Function Calling、ReAct、Plan-and-Execute 等机制。
  • 熟悉 LangGraph、AutoGen、CrewAI 等至少一种 Agent 框架。
  • 有自动化测试框架、测试平台或研发工具链建设经验。
  • 理解 PC/笔记本软硬件体系，熟悉 Windows、驱动、BIOS/固件等相关场景。
  • 具备较强的抽象建模、方案设计和跨团队沟通推进能力。
  • 英文读写流利，可快速学习英文技术文档。

优先条件

  • 有 OEM / ODM / 操作系统厂商相关经验；
  • 有 RAG、知识库、AIOps、智能诊断或 GUI 智能自动化相关实践；
  • 有从 0 到 1 建设平台或推动规模化落地经验。
