Description and Requirements

Innovation is at the heart of Motorola, but it doesn’t stop with our Smartphones, it is in everything that we do. Motorola enterprise is a key growth area in the coming years, we need a B2B marketer that is looking to make their mark on a growing EMEA team.

Motorola enterprise is growing rapidly; we are looking to strengthen our Enterprise team and need your help to manage our Enterprise marketing. In this position, you will sit as part of the Motorola EMEA Marketing Team, work with both our global and local enterprise teams, to inspire, develop and evolve the tools they need to execute exceptional marketing initiatives. What will be your tasks once you join our team?

·         Oversee marketing lead generation

·         Ensure consistency of messaging of all internal and external communications and marketing materials

·         Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help positioning and messaging

·         Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives

·         Develop and execute B2B marketing plans that may include PPC, email campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events, webinars, and website updates

·         Lead product launch process for B2B products; partner with product management and sales for go-to-market strategy and deliverables

·         Work with our global team to identify assets that can be used within our region, understand any gaps from local teams and facilitate the design, production and distribution of any additional assets, such as online and digital content, videos, infographics, sell sheets, catalogues, brochures, training materials etc.

·         Define and own the trade show & event strategy for the B2B channel

·         Understand the training needs of Global Accounts, Public Sector and Large Enterprise teams that sit on the Lenovo side of the business.  what engagement and training plans are needed across the top key accounts and execute a program of work that can be tracked and monitored on a regular basis.

·         Work with Lenovo commercial teams to influence Motorola sales through their channels.

·         Support the local teams to provide live product demonstrations and presentations, and short video clips to excite and educate on Motorola, products and activities.

·         Manage the partner portal program


Requirements for this role:

·     A proven track record in B2B/Enterprise marketing, preferably in a variety of situations

·     Good knowledge of the technology industry, in particular Smartphone market is a plus

·     Strong analytical & conceptual skills in scenario planning. A systemic approach to implementation of campaigns.

·     Ability to inspire teams that need to be convinced of ‘new ways of working’

·     Ability to ensure adherence to processes

·     Great communication, presenting and influencing skills

·     Copywriting and editing skills are a plus

·     You have good organization skills – You will be cooperating with a lot of colleagues across Europe so you will need to organize & prioritize wisely

·     Fluency in English, any other European language will be a bonus

·     Mostly importantly, you enjoy what you do!
