Description and Requirements

This is a hybrid role working from the office and home each week. We are currently considering candidates who live in the Raleigh, North Carolina area.

This position will support NA ISS (International Services Support) Delivery functions. This position reports into Service Finance organization but is strongly aligned to Tower 1 Delivery, Warranty Delivery, SSG team and NA Finance team. This is a fast-paced role for someone who has strong analytical and communication skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Working on closing, forecast, budget through setting up timely and accurately
  • Interfacing with cross functional teams on setting up accurate financial process
  • Fixing issues with financial booking and closing
  • Analyzing and deep diving on tower 1 service cost and warranty cost to drive efficiency for cost management
  • Providing finance support on service projects for tower 1 and warranty
  • Driving ownership and follow-through of actions and activities

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Project management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic abilities
  • Demonstrated financial acumen, systems (SAP/ECC, BPC, Service systems, etc) knowledge, and overall business insight
  • Superior Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills
  • Flexibility to work some evening hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in Finance or Service
  • Experience with SAP/ECC, BPC would be advantageous.
  • Superior communications skills, both verbal and written, as well as refined presentation skills with the ability to present to a leadership team
  • Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively & autonomously
