Description and Requirements

The Business Development PM role is the focal point for business requests regarding digital transformation projects for our Latin America region (with exception of Brazil).

The ideal candidate must have solid know-how of project and portfolio management, strong technical background, a comprehensive understanding of business rules, and good communication skills in order to deliver the best technological solutions to the business requirements/needs. This role will be responsible for the e2e management of business projects, thus promoting digital transformation and business development in partnership with any business teams in the LAS Geo.

This role is designed to act 60% of the time on Portfolio and Project Governance / Management, and 40% on project execution and solutions delivery (including a small share of time supporting escalations).

You should apply if:
  • You have deep and continuous functional knowledge of business tools for the technology industry.
  • You have highly developed project and portfolio management skills (including both waterfall and agile methodologies such as PMBOK and SCRUM).
  • You are familiar with the multidisciplinary technology project portfolio.
  • You aim to act as a trusted business partner, brainstorming and building competitive landscape analysis with both Business and Technical perspectives.
  • You are driven to cover and support new business development efforts, from opportunity tracking and capture planning to proposal, development, and delivery.
  • You have proved to be able to deliver insightful reporting, data analytics, and BI solutions that speed up the team's decision-making process and operational excellence.
