Description and Requirements

[Job Title] Business Development Specialist
Reports To: Business Development Manager
Job Overview:  Be responsible for exploring new business opportunities and driving business growth of Cockpit and Autonomous driving products in accordance with business and market strategy. 
 Responsibilities and Duties:
• Collect valuable information from market, target customers and competitors to support optimization of business and market strategy
• Develop/manage business relationship with assigned customers to better understand their needs and requirements
• Identify new business opportunities and implement specific business development initiatives and tactics to win business
• Develop new customers in accordance with business and market strategy
• Lead quotation and business negotiation with customer from early engagement to product end of life
• Collaborate with Engineering, PM, NPI, Operation and other stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and achieve target revenue and operation profit
 Qualifications:
• Bachelor or above degree in electric & electronics engineering or equivalent majors, with 5+ years BD experiences Tier1 or Tier2 automotive suppliers
• Good relationship with the major OEM companies and major Tier1 suppliers
• Proven record of successfully developing new customers for automotive electronics products
• With basic knowledge of automotive program process, RFQ process and contract
• Able to work under pressure and independent, willing to learn and open to change, collaborative, problem solving skills.
• Strong skills of interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation
• Strong ownership, relentless under big pressure
• Workable English writing and speaking
