Spain & Italy Business Operations – Madrid 

Are you customer-oriented? Willing to learn and take on a new challenge? 

In this role you will be able to grow, expand your career and become a future leader within supply chain customer operations.  
 
Key responsibilities:

  • Support business operations & supply chain for the Southern Europe region 

  • Own and drive planning / operations excellence with sales & our 4P organization 

  • Work with supply planner to maximize revenue attainment for your region 

  • Order management / scheduling, short-term and long-term planning, driving customer delivery performance and satisfaction  

  • Demand Planning, Collaborative Customer Planning etc 

  • Lead region in market life cycle planning from NPI through EOL 

  • Support the territory general managers, customer fulfillment and revenue attainment as well as wider staff team 

  • Help support the growth in the Spanish & Italian markets and adapt the supply chain to accommodate the organization 

 

We are looking for someone with: 

  • Economics / Business / Analytical Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in a planning role; CPFR (collaborative planning) experience is an advantage
  • Previous experience in Telecoms Manufacturing is an advantage
  • Flexible, comfortable with ambiguous situations, motivated to learn, and able to work as part of a team of professionals
  • Confident Excel user — you will be presenting data and outcomes
  • Fluent in Spanish & English (obligatory), with Italian as an advantage — you will be working with different nationalities
  • Strong communication skills, as this will be your everyday tool
  • Knowledge of any additional languages is an advantage
