Who You’ll Work With:

At Lenovo, we manufacture one of the world’s widest portfolios of connected products, including PCs (ThinkPad, Yoga, Lenovo Legion), tablets, smartphones and workstations as well as augmented and virtual reality (Mirage, ThinkReality) and smart home/office solutions.  We are also building an innovative portfolio of software and services which are changing the industry.  Lenovo is creating the capacity and computing power for the connections that are changing business and society.

About Our Team:

This position is for a Business Relationship Associate in the Technical Partner Management team of the Cloud & Software Business Unit.  This is an exciting role working with a key software industry partner along with Lenovo PC, Smart Office, and IoT business units to understand, refine and implement operating system solution requirements. 

What You'll Do:

  • Interact with leading industry software partners such as Microsoft and Google on license & technical business requirements
  • Convert partner agreements into Lenovo product requirements for hardware and software
  • Interact with multiple Lenovo business units to implement licensing requirements
  • Gather and consolidate Lenovo business & technical requirements for operating system software
  • Consult with Lenovo business units on best solutions and business practices for operating system deployment
  • Work with worldwide teams in support of Lenovo’s global business and development organizations

Position Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Recent or future graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, or technical related discipline
  • Excellent communications skills including ability to work with people from multiple countries and English as a second language speakers
  • Desire and ability to quickly learn new business processes & technology topics
  • Capability to understand and discuss technical implementations for PC hardware and software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business & PC experience desirable but not required
  • Ability to speak Chinese or Japanese desirable but not required
  • Project management skills
