Description and Requirements


  • Overall response to business success, including production support, new system solution ramp up, deal onboarding and business change management
  • Build up Production support work approach, facilitate E2E resolution discussion and drive issue to close.
  • Build up change management approach, and lead the change management to make sure new system solution ramp up smoothly


  • 5 years+ change management / business (customer) success management experience in software company
  • Familiar with customer management knowledge
  • Strong communication skill and team spirit
  • Excellent verbal and written in English
