Description and Requirements

Areas of Responsibilities

  • Understand the retail industry (including competitor landscape) and articulate the business value of Lenovo’s Retails solution and services portfolio to our customers
  • responsible for working with the local account teams to leverage relationships and existing account strategies
  • Targets pre-identified prospects and existing customers within an assigned territory
  • required to sell solutions and services to increase Lenovo market share whilst secure new opportunities, maximizing revenue and profitability.
  • Accountable for building relationships with prospective and competitive customers
  • Key interface in defining customer needs and Lenovo’s ability to meet
  • Responsible for proposing and closing deals with Lenovo proposed solutions
  • Position requires strong prospecting and proposing skills, ability to build customer relationships through consultative selling and promoting customer confidence with Lenovo
  • Must be focused on the development of new business opportunities and closing new accounts allowing us to aggressively penetrate competitive accounts leading to long term business relationships
  • Understand the formal and informal decision-making process within each of the accounts and drive go regular cadence/governance accordingly.


•             Bachelor’s Degree

•             5-8 years of related experience in Retails Industry

  • Experience with Southeast Asia Region is essentials

•             Successful experience in value proposition and business case led selling

  • Demonstrated performance and ability to sell value through a Consultative Selling approach

•             Strong communication, creative thinking and presentation skills in English

•             Ability to develop senior level business relationships with customers

  • Willing to travel as required
