Description and Requirements

 Position Description: 

  • Day to Day Enablement of APOS Services Sales
  • Call plan on install based opportunities.
  • Develop sufficiently pipelines to support financial goals.
  • Ensure the timely communication of Services price list and pricing tools.
  • Coordinate with AP teams for the setup and maintenance of services part numbers.
  • Attend Sales meetings, prepare/provide an adequate and relevant updates on services sales performance and be an advocate to drive incremental revenue
  • As required co-ordinate and deliver training and/or portfolio overview programs.
  • Determine & co-ordinate monthly/quarterly offers.
  • Actively engage with Parts & Billable Services Team to drive increased services revenue opportunities.
  • Sales Support o As requested, assist with coordinating quotations, providing details on services offerings and maintaining central storage of quotations.
  • Marketing Support o Send Electronic Direct Mailer to potential customers to drive incremental sales
  • Provide support for regular promotions - planning and communications.
  • Reporting o Obtain required elements for weekly and monthly reviews.

Position Requirements:

  • Strong business language skills - able to converse and written English, other additional languages will be advantage Communication skills - good telesales skills.
  • Great relationship building skills over phones.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills must be a self-starter who has experience in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, passion for the start-up-like environment.
  • Ability to build effective virtual teams and drive results via others in a complex cross-functional organization
  • Superior knowledge of PC technology, a keen focus on market trends and customer needs with exceptional analytical skills & financial acumen.
  • Commitment and ownership of role.
  • Proven ability to build turn disorder into highly repeatable processes
  • Can work independently
