Description and Requirements

Key role:

The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for the selling and commercial relationship management with assigned Retailers, successfully executing and strengthening the Consumer Segment strategy of the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for quarterly sales projection plan preparation and execution, ensuring the achievement of Lenovo Peru sales and market share goals.
  • Full account management of assigned Channel Partners, understanding their business objectives to identify opportunities, achieving assigned financial/non-financial goals, and opportunities to increase ‘wallet share’ within assigned Channel Partners.
  • In charge of portfolio presentation to the Wholesaler, Retail, and CON distributors, acting as a link between the different business areas involved in order to answer effectively the diverse requirements that might appear within the Channels Partners.
  • In charge of ensuring the correct distribution of inventory within channels (according to Lenovo’s focus regarding retailers). Retailers´ Inventory analysis, control, and monitoring to execute sales acceleration plan.
  • The role also offers support to Retails regarding offering preparation for the end customer and, in coordination with the distributor, negotiates and monitors Retailer purchase orders.
  • Monitoring of PVP competitiveness, market trends for the CON segment, and competition’s actions.
  • Management of SOUPs funds process.

Requirements:

  • BA Degree in Administration, Marketing, or similar careers
  • 5-7 years relevant experience in Retail Sales for the HW Technology industry.
  • Must have worked in a quota-carrying sales environment.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics / SAP is a plus.
  • Advance English is also a plus.

Skills:

  • Proven ability to penetrate, acquire and transition sales opportunities.
  • Client orientation and highly developed win-win mentality.
  • Excellent communication skills (persuasive sales communication is a must).
  • Strong organizational and planning skills and a working knowledge of the IT Industry.
  • Analytical Thinking and problem resolution oriented.
  • High accountability and self-motivation (able to work independently with little supervision).
