Description and Requirements
As the Sales Manager for the CSP and Azure Specialist's team, with deep product expertise and a rich understanding of software subscription products, you will have the following responsibilities:
Sales
- Drive the success of the CSP + Azure team.
- Establish and maintain rigorous pipeline generation and management for Lenovo cloud subscription offers.
- Generate sales forecast on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Participate in pipeline review with Sales leaders
- Manage complex sales negotiations
- Guide the team in generating detailed expansion strategies through account mapping and building relationships with key stakeholders both within Lenovo and with key partners and customers.
- Utilize MS Dynamics CRM automation, prospecting, and funnel management tools
- Support the execution of the regional strategy to deliver against the goals and targets of Lenovo.
Operation/support
- Assist with completion of customer and BP agreements and onboarding.
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales and CSP + Azure pipeline, funnel, and operational metrics, delivering regular insights to the business
- Build and implement improvements in the sales process by understanding and representing the sales team’s issues and ideas to leadership and other partners
Training and Enablement
- Ensure the CSP+Azure team maintains current industry knowledge by arranging training when required.
- Manage the CSP+Azure team competencies in terms of required accreditations.
- Attend training to maintain expertise in all of Lenovo’s CSP+ Azure product offerings
- Attend training to understand company, market, and industry trends
Marketing
- Work in collaboration with Lenovo local and EMEA marketing to execute the go to market plans to support specific growth initiative
- Work with Lenovo sales & marketing leaders to define the most appropriate segment/verticals for customer engagements
- Represent Lenovo cloud subscription offer on Customer briefing and events
Basic Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas on a regular basis.
- 2 years of experience in a sales team lead/role.
- Expertise in Microsoft is a must while expertise in Security, Productivity SW, SaaS, and PaaS/IaaS areas is an advantage.
- Ability to develop strong partnerships across Lenovo, aligning goals & driving focused direct and indirect results that deliver tangible impact by navigating ambiguous and multi-threaded organizations from a remote location.
- Business fluent English
