Role description: 

* Work together with global camera teams (engineering, PM, IQ, testing) to provide state-of-the-art camera experience for Motorola mobile devices 
* Setup camera image quality subjective references and benchmark with competitive products to identify camera IQ gaps 
* Keep track of industry and market camera experience trends, work with camera PMs to continually improve our camera user experience 
* Analyze camera image quality reports and find out pros and cons 
* Collaborate with engineering and IQ testing teams to identify and solve IQ issues 
* Provide practical suggestions to improve camera shooting experience 

Bachelors or above degree, major in computer engineering, electronics, or related subjects 
At least possess one of below 3 skills: 

* Strong photography know-how and practice. 
* More than one-year IQ tuning experience. 
* More than one-year camera algorithm development experience. 

Fluency in English Able to handle parallel tasks 
Able to make effectively communicate with multiple teams and functions
