Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1.  负责手机摄像头模组主客观图像效果调优，确保3A/ISP核心指标达成产品定义要求；

2.  针对用户实际使用场景开展画质调试工作，优化HDR、多帧合成、AI场景识别等功能的实际应用表现；

3.  运用图像质量体系（客观测试+主观评价），完成主观场景的客观化问题定义，并提出针对性解决方案；

4.  参与Sensor、ISP芯片等新硬件平台的技术预研与效果调优，推动相关技术方案落地及量产进程。

岗位要求：

1.  具备7年以上图像效果调优相关工作经验，精通手机摄像头模组图像质量优化技术；

2.  深入理解3A/ISP核心原理，掌握HDR、多帧合成、AI场景识别等相关技术要点；

3.  熟练掌握图像质量体系（客观测试+主观评价）的应用方法，具备问题定义与方案解决能力；

4.  了解Sensor、ISP芯片等硬件相关知识，能够配合完成新硬件平台的技术预研与效果优化工作。
