Description and Requirements

What is waiting for you in this role?

Planning & Change Impact Management

  • Take the Change lead role for assigned projects, identify the size/scope of the change and define the change mgmt. approach to deliver expected benefits
  • Lead change mgmt. activities to positively affect the speed and extent of adoption, partnering with Project Mgr. / Digital Transformation resources. You will assist in the coordination of Geo and local change activities (engagement events, meetings, workshops) as necessary
  • Responsible for change impact assessments to ensure all changes are documented, and current vs to be state defined for all impacted audiences

Stakeholder Engagement, Communication & Training

  • General Stakeholder engagement & building relationships with them, Stakeholder Analysis relevant to the functions impacted by the projects
  • Own & manage Change Agent Network to drive program communications, own and develop Project specific communications strategy and plan (comms via email, presentations, newsletters, SharePoint sites etc.)
  • Coordinate training plan across different teams, manage training content localization as necessary & assist in the organization and execution of specific train-the-trainer and instructor-led training sessions

Readiness & Adoption

  • Facilitate the measurement of change readiness - Develop, prioritize, and lead the execution of action plans required to mitigate impacts and readiness gaps
  • Develop project specific business adoption metrics to measure usage, benefit realization and ROI

What do we expect from you?

  • 5 to 7 years of related work experience
  • Project experience with change management activities & assessment execution, experience applying recognized organization change management methodology in a complex organization
  • Communication and presentation skills with ability to draft effective business ready communications to senior stakeholders
  • Experience in some of the following areas: Culture change, Learning and development, Leadership development, Organization / operating model design, Change strategy and journey management, Organizational change capability building
  • PROSCI certification is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Experience in training coordination would be a plus (ie. logistics cross time zone as needed, survey development and assessment, reporting)
