Description and Requirements

Inside Sales Representatives are sales professionals responsible for selling Lenovo offerings (hardware, software, services, and solutions).

They are responsible for building partner relations and working closely with the Territory Account Executives, to retain, develop and acquire new accounts.

The ISR will serve as the central point of contact for the partner across opportunities, closing deals and managing customer relationships and escalations.

They may work independently, as a member of a team, or the leader of a small team.


Responsibilities:

-Prepare timely and accurate quotations/orders to meet partner requests

-Achieve targets by selling, up-selling and cross-selling Lenovo's range of products and services using consultative selling techniques

-Develop appropriate sales pipeline by building and maintaining strong channel relationships.

-Proactive calling into identified prospects and install base accounts to achieve revenue targets

-Maintain current and accurate account information and contact information within CRM

 -Maintain current and accurate pipeline information in CRM about all opportunities in assigned territory

-Understand Partner programs/ tools and to enable our partners

-Work with Account Executive to manage the sales cycle from qualification through to closure.


Requirements:

-Previous Account Management and Sales experience within the IT sector (2 years+)

-Should have successful history of partner sales, and consistent over-achievement of quota and revenue goals

-Experience in relationship selling or appropriate industry experience/exposure.

-Excellent written and oral communication skills.

-Self-motivated, well organized, and able to work well within a team.

-Intermediate MS Office skills necessary and CRM experience

Desirable Requirements

-An intimate understanding is required for PC Components, Enterprise products and the various aligned products.

-PC/Vendor experience
