Description and Requirements


Position Description:

Work with LA channel sales team supporting them in all business partners contract management (creation, probation, distractions and validity control) as well as being responsible for all business partner’s declarations and signatures to auction participation. Need also to work close to legal department;

Indirect business partners transactional contracts creation, signature and execution tracking;

Operational Guidance maintenance - Lenovo's processes desk procedure to BPs
Business partners order system access, training, support (in doubts and errors) and maintenance (including improvements requirements);
Partners accounts maintenance as well as sales territory management with Data Steward team guaranteeing that all set ups are correctly;

Partners quota performance analysis according to its contracts’ T&C.
Work proactively to improve and automate controls.
Provide meeting minutes and act on issues raised from the meetings.

Position Requirements:

Experience of at least 3 years in contract management;
Experience in B2B/Distribution sales administrative processes;
Experience in process improvements;
Ability to talk to business parts, provide training and requested support;
Analytical, organized, detail oriented, committed, proactive, team work and leadership skills;
Excel and power point - advanced (If you don’t have excel please do not submit the candidature);
Power BI, Qlikview is a plus;

Fluent in English & Spanish;
