Description and Requirements

Job Description:      

  1. Collaborate closely with business partners to gather channel sales and inventory data, ensuring its timeliness and accuracy.
  2. Provide support to regional sales and other operational teams by offering channel data integration services and generating related reports.
  3. Perform daily maintenance of the regional channel data platform and offer assistance in converting digital reports.
  4. Organize and analyze business data as per requirements.
  5. Oversee the daily operations of the database, promptly addressing user needs to ensure smooth workflow.
  6. Serve as a liaison between the regional team and the global team, actively participating in and supporting various projects related to the Asia-Pacific channel, aiming for tool intelligence and data visualization enhancements.

Job requirements: 

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a background in sales support.
  2. Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  3. Strong team player with a keen attention to detail, ability to work efficiently under pressure, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
  4. Understanding of business reporting and channel-related processes.
  5. Proficient in data analysis, with advanced skills in Excel. Experience with SQL, Access, or VBA is preferred. 
  6. Fluent in English, with exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
