Description and Requirements

We are currently looking for a Channel Sales Account Executive to join our team in Poland, reporting to SMB Segment Leader. 

Description:

  • Achieving all sales targets including value, volume, profitability, new partner recruitment, and development of new Channels.
  • Managing relationships with major SMB Channels in Poland.
  • Putting in place processes and procedures to ensure that major Channel Partner accounts are handled in the most effective way.
  • Defines and Reviews Key Performance Indicators to ensure the achievement of Lenovo’s Channel Business growth targets.
  • Delivering a ‘meaningful’ business model that is both transparent and robust.
  • Analyzes complex/new situations, anticipates potential problems and future trends, and assesses opportunities impacts and risks.

Experience:
  • Understands the Channel Partner’s business to effectively perform account management, with assistance as well as increasing share of wallet.
  • Develops relationship to promote understanding of the Channel Partner’s goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving business.
  • Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive Channel sales strategy.
  • Develops relationship to promote understanding of the Channel Partner’s goals and objectives.
  • Proven ability to win new business, develop existing BP relationship and execute effective trade marketing programs.
  • Knowledge of products and technology in the IT industry (ideally in PC & Laptops Channel).
  • Thorough knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and procedures.
  • Knowledge of SMB market.
  • Highly motivated and willing to succeed.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate
  • At least 5 years sales management experience within the technology hardware industry, with some exposure to high volume sales and proved track record of high tech. product sales management experience into the SMB market.
  • Fluent English 

Ideal candidate:
  • Proved track record of growing revenues, profitability, and market share in IT Company.
  • In-depth understanding of Channel management.
  • Results oriented.
  • Depth and breadth of understanding of IT systems and IT industry players.
  • The ability to formulate, negotiate and close deals at a high level within SMB clients.
  • Exposure to self-management, team working and time management in a complex matrix environment.
  • Be Innovative with the ability to spot, develop and implement business opportunities.
  • Be professional in attitude, conduct and appearance.
