Description and Requirements

Job Deliverables:

  • Drive strategic account growth and be responsible for the delivery of consulting services to prospects and clients
  • Keep expanding the business within existing accounts and help clients, by building and sustaining strategic executive relationships, doubling up as their trusted business technology advisor
  • Position differentiated and custom solutions to clients, based on their expertise on the market trends, specific needs of the clients and the supporting business cases
  • Provide proactive support to clients and prospects to ensure their successful adoption of clouds and partner technologies
  • Keep building new technology capabilities, and building team competencies by leveraging cloud provider partnerships
  • Manage business relationships with the technology partners and demonstrate edge over competition
  • Develop a compelling multi-cloud and cross-cloud services strategy and develop propositions that leverage industry experience
  • Ability to build a large team to service multiple Geos on a sustainable basis. Commercial orientation to ensure a cost-effective working model.

Experience & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technology is preferred.
  • Thought leader in Cloud Technology with suitable Domain Certifications
  • Experience: 20+ years of working experience; 10-12 years in Servers, Storage, and allied technologies.
  • 5-6 Years in Cloud Solutioning and Practice management – preferably with multiple technology landscape.
  • Close working – alliance with major cloud providers – MS, AWS or other dominant technologies.
  • Ability to solution for and build platforms based on a best-of-the-breed integrated multi-cloud approach, driven by business use cases and ROI.
  • Solutions and delivery experience: Including in cloud-native and migration to cloud
  • Solutions articulation credentials
  • Differentiated Digital solutions expertise
  • Cloud implementations experience and expertise, across multiple clouds
  • Customer advocacy / championship, leading to ever-increasing customer retention and repeat business, driven by customer delight
  • High caliber presentation and communication skills
  • Practice and enterprise level leadership skills and competencies covering people management, conflict resolution, accountability, judgement, and decision making
  • Proven record of identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Experience of agile and/or lean start-up type methodologies would be beneficial.
  • Ability to build a large team to service multiple Geos on a sustainable basis.
  • Commercial orientation to ensure a cost effective working model.
