The Lenovo SSG Cloud Services Readiness Manager is a critical member of the Cloud Services & technical support team.

The Cloud Services Readiness Manager is responsible for Service Readiness of Cloud Services, Lenovo’s largest customer growth area, and will have worldwide customer responsibility. This role within Lenovo Services has focus on service readiness excellence and delivering outstanding customer experience. The Service Readiness Manager must have excellent relationship skills, project management skills, ability to collaborate and solve complex issues, as well as outstanding and professional communications skills. Ensuring the best possible customer experience is the key to success in this role.

Position located in Beijing, China, Lenovo Corporate Office. Relocation is not available. Qualified local candidates are encouraged to apply. Requires fluent English and Mandarin both verbal and written.
