◇Position Description◇

■About Organization and Team

Commercial Business Planning (Commercial 4P) is responsible for 4P (Product, Price, Place and Promotion) strategy development, business planning and execution of Commercial PC/Tablet business to maximize its revenue and profit.


-  Report to : Manager, Commercial 4P Strategic Planning

-  Subordinates : None

-  Number of Peers : 5


■Roles and responsibilities

This position is responsible for product demand planning, supply/demand management and process improvement of commercial PC/Tablet to maximize its revenue and profit.

・Product demand planning and Supply/demand management

 - Develop quarterly product demand planning based on historical/market analysis and interlock with sales/related team

 - Manage/adjust weekly supply & demand through performance tracking and communication with sales/related team

・Business process improvement 

 - Develop plan to improve leadtime and accuracy of supply & demand planning and execution. 

 - Lead project to improve supply & demand process and system.

・Business strategy development support 

 - Participate into overall commercial business strategy and action development/execution

◇Requirements◇

■Must Have – essential

・Experience in making business decisions by quantitative analysis

・Experience in business operations with short-term(weekly, daily) Business Management System

・Data driven/logical approach 

・Business level English skills (ref. TOEIC600+)


■Good to have - desirable

・Experience in professional firms .e.g management consulting

・Experience in hardware industry for international company

・Basic knowledge of PC (e.g. technical term like CPU, HDD)
