Description and Requirements

Position Description:

1. 负责联想产品服务交付模式设计,包括从SLA到交付Model、交付流程及交付关键点的设计等:

1) 设计符合联想的产品服务总体交付模式

2) 针对不同的产品系列和型号,端到端设计各环节的总体交付模式、交付流程及关键点


2. 负责领导跨职能团队执行全部交付流程并能按时完成项目任务,确保产品服务的每个服务产品在各环节的交付及准备就绪:

1) 领导和管理其他职能团队了解项目章程,然后按时完成并交付项目,控制项目目标成本预算

2) 管理服务产品开发检查过程,有效地管理和控制项目的范围、风险、质量和变化

3) 能够合作和平衡项目的利益相关者实现项目目标,并确保业务利益

4) 能够预见项目风险并具备良好的风险控制能力


3. 负责产品的BU协同:

1) 代表服务参加产品每周业务例会

2) 每月制作产品服务通报,并参加产品MBR,进行服务绩效及项目推进介绍

3) 产品营销,销售,BG等各团队维护良好的业务合作关系


4. 建立有竞争力的产品服务交付成本及交付过程监控体系:

1) 建立产品成本架构,持续和各业务平台合作,优化服务成本,于竞品相比具有竞争力

2) 每财年和营销进行结费标准谈判及合约签署

3) 监测产品Warranty服务成本执行


Position Requirements:

1. 大学本科及以上学历 

2. 2年以上工作经验,1年以上项目管理或客户经理工作经验,具有PMP相关管理认证优先 

3. 强客户导向和界面,有大客户经理、大客户销售经验优先 

4. 并行多发事件处理能力及灵活应对突发事件能力
