Description and Requirements

The Lenovo Services and Solutions Group is hiring for WW Commercial Sales Programs Manager. This position will report into the SSG WW Commercial leader, responsible for go-to-market sales strategy & business management. Our mission is to enable SSG Commercial sellers & Geo 4P with right tools, insights, training, programs, and support to succeed and reach growth targets. This position will support our international markets and work across our sales teams as well as other organizations to help drive sales programs and sales plays. The Commercial Sales Programs Manager will be responsible for executing on the worldwide Commercial sales go-to-market strategy, focused on building sales programs and sales plays for our Commercial sales teams. They will analyze business, have a strong understanding of the Commercial sub-segments, and build the right programs to drive accelerated growth.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Build and implement sales programs that drive attach and more complex professional and managed services

  • ROI analysis of sales programs

  • Deep knowledge of Commercial sub-segments, the sellers that support them, and their needs

  • Analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and create sales plays to drive growth

  • Work with product teams to provide feedback on product performance and optimization needs

  • Cross Geo and team collaboration to drive execution and best practices sharing

  • Collaboration with the marketing team on sales enablement content and training content needed for Commercial sellers

Experience Required:

  • 7+ years of Programs, Services, Sales, or related experience

  • Working experience with global teams, across cultural and time differences

  • Experience in building sales programs and sales plays that deliver business results

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience building sales strategy & analyzing data to find business opportunities

  • Operational strength to understand and quickly digest
