The Lenovo Services and Solutions Group is experiencing tremendous growth and is hiring for WW Commercial Sales Transformation Manager. This position will report to the SSG WW Commercial leader, responsible for go-to-market sales strategy & business management.
Our mission is to enable SSG Commercial sellers & Geo 4P with the right tools, insights, training, programs, and support to succeed and reach growth targets. This position will support our international markets and work across digital transformation, global process owners and IT teams to define business requirements and needs to enable tools and processes for our Commercial SSG sales teams to be successful in selling services and solutions. The Commercial Sales Transformation Manager will be responsible for executing the worldwide Commercial sales transformation strategy, focused on defining Commercial SSG sales needs and enhancing sales tools & processes. They will work closely with our digital transformation teams to ensure current projects are properly supporting Commercial SSG sales teams as well as keep a roadmap of new projects dedicated to enhancing sales tools and processes.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead key workstreams to define Commercial SSG sales requirements for dedicated SSG transformation projects
Collaborate with core marketing and sales digital transformation team to drive in commercial services sales requirements into projects
Support digital transformation & global process owners on existing projects
Ensure the right process and tools are in place to reach sales targets, defining where needed sales strategy frameworks
Deep knowledge of Commercial business, Commercial sub-segments (public, healthcare, corporate, etc.), and sales processes
Cross Geo and team collaboration to drive execution and best practices sharing
Experience Required:
7+ years of project management, sales transformation experience
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience working with global teams, across cultural and time differences
Experience building sales transformation strategy & analyzing data to find business opportunities
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Experience understanding complex processes and tool dependencies on sales performance
