Description and Requirements
Provide company secretarial support to the Company Secretarial Team of a listed company.
Duties:
− Arrange logistic for board and shareholders’ meetings
− Provide company secretarial support to HK, BVI and Cayman companies and its subsidiaries
− Support on ad hoc projects
− To provide secretarial and administrative support to senior members of the team
− Assist in the preparation of annual/interim reports, announcements and circulars
− To handle vendor management process as well as invoice settlement
Requirements:
− Degree holder in corporate governance or related discipline
− With relevant experience in Company Secretarial or has studied in relevant subjects
− 1-2 years working experience in office administration or other related fields in sizable / multinational firm
− Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
− Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese/Putonghua
− Patient, attentive to details and well-organized
− Diligent, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure and overtime
− Immediately available is highly preferable
