Description and Requirements

We are hiring a Human Resources Consultant to work for the Research & Development team of Lenovo, based in the city of Indaiatuba-SP. The HR professional must have a previous work experience as a HRBP and speak English to be succeeded in this role. If you are passionate about technology industry and if you identify yourself with our culture, come to work with us! The main challenges of the job will be:

- Support the programs and projects to attract, develop and retain the talents;

- Establish partnership with Universities to create a channel for attraction of these professionals;

- Enhance and work on improvement opportunities of the Internship Program to create the pipeline, among others;

- Research and address HR-related questions raised by managers/employees within assigned client group;

- Understand and support global program implementations;

- Engage manager or more experienced HR Partners to address more complex or strategic issues;

- Assist managers in matters related to employees, providing guidance, giving necessary support in order to facilitate the process of managing people;

- Act directly with managers in matters involving analysis and review of organizational structure, job rotation, talent acquisition, succession plans and other practices involving people, in order to support actions in relation to short, medium and long term;

- Support the recruitment processes according to the internal procedure, using the experience gained and contribute to the identification of talents, according to the demand;

- Support the development of succession plan, creating specific programs for the development and retention of our talents;

- Coordinate technical-professional improvement activities, guided by internal and current procedures, keeping the records and the correct storage of the documents;

- Work on, participate and lead internal HR projects related to process harmonization within Business Units

- Manage the updates of job descriptions, according to the current procedure and the periodicity required internally;

- Participate in the meetings according to the demand of work in the various sub systems of the human resources area, for knowledge, understanding and follow-up of the directed actions, maintaining the proper administration of the activities inherent to the Human Resources area;

- Advise employees about the HR process and Lenovo practices, policies and code of conduct.
