As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationships with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.


These are your detailed responsibilities:

·       Developing the customer relationship on all levels in the organization and increase prevalence in all product groups.

·       Track and report business development results, analyze data, interpret reports and information.

·       Managing and planning of business and sales activities to meet sales targets and objectives

·       Representing the company successfully by establishing strong communication with his/her customers

·       Identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions for them

·       Making regular customer/field visits to follow up the voice of customers and the market closely


Organization

You will report to our Consumer BU Lead supporting customers in the consumer channel. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.


What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in business or IT

·       5 to 10 years experience in IT sales managing the retail channel

·       Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Turkish and English.

·       Knowing technology concepts well, developing customer needs and positioning the right products and solutions

·       Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Applications, etc…)
