Job Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Cons Geos, WW/Local MKT and RBO to identify and explore Desktop business development opportunities in the retailer channel.
2. Influence BU-related teams to recognize the importance of early engagement, and promote their participation in business development from the perspectives of product design and landing, marketing campaign planning, and business goal achievement.
3. Collect and research retailer competition elements across ROW Cons Geos, analyze key competition points, and prioritize the top-focus strategies for Desktop business development.
Job Requirements:
1. Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively coordinate and cooperate with cross-functional teams including Cons Geos, WW/Local MKT and RBO.
2. Have a good understanding of Desktop business and retailer channel operations, with the ability to identify business opportunities and analyze market competition.
3. Demonstrate strong influence and persuasion skills, capable of guiding and driving BU-related teams to participate in early business development work proactively.
4. Possess solid analytical skills, able to collect, sort out and analyze competition data, and formulate targeted business development strategies.
5. Have a proactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently to complete business development-related tasks.
