Description and Requirements

Lenovo Poland Marketing Team is looking for a Consumer & Trade Marketing Senior Specialist for the PC Business.

Responsibilities

  • Cooperation, planning, negotiating and executing marketing plans with consumer business partners.
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities with retailers to ensure adequate ROI.
  • Budget planning.
  • Plan and execute in collaboration with Product and Sales teams. Determine the primary metrics for measuring analysis, program, and tactic success.
  • Cooperation, partner management with alliance partners (Intel, AMD, Microsoft, NVIDIA).
  • Manage the agency networks - prepare briefing, plans, manage costs, execution and measurements.
  • Preparation of instore strategy for consumer products.
  • Develop and drive POS strategy, lead in-store execution compliance and tracking.
  • Responsibility for development, execution and operation of all sales programs aimed to increase presence and sales in retail stores.
  • Preparation, implementation, monitoring, analyzing and drawing conclusions from brand & sales oriented nationwide ATL, BTL and online campaigns in order to increase sell out.
  • Organizing sales incentives, events and trainings for business partners
  • Promoters and merchandisers’ project management
    • preparing strategy and budget for the project;
    • setting goals and analyzing effectiveness of these sales tools;
    • reporting sales and shelf shares.
  • Tracking local trade marketing budgets and monitor offline and online business partner’s activities.
  • Cooperation with regional and worldwide marketing teams.

Job Requirements

  • Master Degree in marketing or business, minimum 5 years related marketing experience.
  • Highly motivated and result oriented, with a lot of drive and passion.
  • Ability to be flexible and handle new tasks quickly and decisively.
  • Strong Business orientation. Ability to take initiative, work in a  team, take responsibility.
  • Strong organizational, project management, analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Experience in technology industry will be an advantage, but not a must. Experience with consumer-oriented marketing is a must.
  • Digital marketing skills & experience are a significant advantage.
  • Presentation, communication and analytical skills (experience with interpreting data).
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, proficient with Excel.
  • Fluency in Business English is a requirement.
  • Travel requirements as needed 

Experience

Candidates should have independently managed marketing actions & programs, have experience in various aspects of marketing communication, esp. interactive communications, retail and sales enablement, with focus on effective, measurable actions that directly support sales. Candidates should also have experience with launching new products in the market, driving brand consideration and able to demonstrate a proven record in taking initiative and proactively drive actions to support a business strategy.
